Government Authority located in APO; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for supply and installation of laboratory information system.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide supply and installation of laboratory information system on an as needed basis.
- Vendor must be able to perform complete data migration/data conversion from the old system to the new system during contract period.
- The system components must follow best practices for architecture and insuring high availability.
- The design must include all aspects and requirements for production, test, staging, or development environments as needed.
- The solution must support virtualization environment – VmWare.
- The solution integrates with existing MNGHA Active Directory setup.
- The solution supports all latest versions of operating systems, databases, backup solution, and virtualization setup that exist in MNGHA.
- Storage and Backup requirements be sized for 3 years and be provided with specific performance measures.
- The solution must include all the infrastructure requirements needed such as but not limited to servers, software, licenses, storage, and backup systems; as expansions to MNGHA infrastructure and as per the MNGHA standards.
- Specific network requirements for the setup be provided in details (if any) in the proposals.
- The solution fully complies with MNGHA security standards and procedures.
- Latest Service Pack and Patches.
- Must be added to domain (policy can be configured as per requirements).
- Well defined procedure for Patching periodically.
- MNGHA Standard Anti-Virus must be installed.
- A security certificate by a trusted CA (VeriSign).
- The vendor must provide full solution support including the hardware monitoring, operating system, database support and application support.
- The hardware or software procured must be with full support from the parent company and under vendor (contractor) responsibility.
- Vendors must provide all the required documents such as design document, implementation document, configuration document, training procedures, daily operation document or any related matter.
- If any part of system will be published on Internet for outside MNGHA access, it must support two factor authentications. Also, it must follow the network security standards related to DMZ firewalled segment.
- All infrastructure procurement and operation support for the solution must be agreed upon with MNGHA data center before placing any order.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
