[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide outreach advisor services.
- In coordination with affairs unit, establishes and develops critical relationships with government representatives focusing on humanitarian and development response,
- Stays informed on GOV strategic goals regarding the response in city and advises
on how to align support,
- Maintains regular contact with led NGOs involved in humanitarian or development response in and advises on how to increase their participation in the response,
- Coordinate closely with the USG Affairs Unit to maximize synergies and avoid duplication of effort,
- Works with leaders across all sectors and governments to strengthen coordination among the USG, GOC, implementing partners, UN agencies, other donors, and numerous actors working inside and outside of to identify development opportunities, challenges, and bottlenecks in the response,
- Writes talking points, speeches, cables, factsheets, reports, and various communications for high-level USG, GOC, and international audiences.
(2) A contract term will be for one year.
(3) This bid is set aside for total small business.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
