[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide end to end movement and tracking solution to utilize an industry solution that integrates supply and movement data into a shared NATO Common Operating Picture (COP) through the Logistics Functional Services (LOGFAS) tool suite and to provide near real-time movement data for tracking United States Government (USG) owned and contracted assets throughout the EUCOM Theatre.
- System must operate utilizing a web-based enterprise platform.
- System must have the flexibility to function in a standalone environment.
- Functions conducted in a standalone environment must synch with the web-based database upon connection or upload upon connectivity.
- Data Storage: -
- System must provide a digital repository of historical data for not less than 7 years.
- System must automatically conduct server backup on a government defined basis to maintain data integrity.
- Includes all backend tasks to store data into databases to be accessible to all clients and all GUI design and implementation.
