Vendor needs to provide web development services for web development, content management, engineering support and maintenance support services using content management system.
– The contractor shall provide support for content management, user administration, testing, migration, documentation and collaboration services maintenance on the 1st MAW and 3rd hub and its connected sites.
– Engage with end users as the subject matter expert on collaboration in the M365 environment (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Office 365, etc.), identify capability gaps and provide solutions by analyzing business needs and processes; recommending the best methodologies and tools (from approved platforms) to improve information exchange requirements.
– Leverage SharePoint capabilities such as lists, document or form libraries, calendars, workflows and other web parts to implement solutions that meet organizational needs. Utilize authorized collaboration tools and ensure seamless solutions integration with other microsoft products.
– Perform SharePoint administration to include permissions management. Identify site or content management issues and define and test access privileges, control structures and resources, using periodic audits to identify any security violations and vulnerabilities.
– Maintain the SharePoint environment to constantly revisite and review content to ensure business relevance and policy compliance. Oversee the customization and maintenance of landing pages to ensure standardization and uniformity across the 1st MAW and 3rd MARDIV hub. Monitor site usage and follow up on dormancy regularly. Monitor to ensure workflow and tasks are working correctly, perform ongoing research to determine SharePoint’s current and future capability gaps and identify data for migration or deletion.
– Perform general data administration, including manually inputting data, creating, modifying and deleting data researching and analyzing data and scanning and uploading documents and data files as needed.
