Vendor needs to provide ITSM and workflow product procurement and implementation system being used as our IT ticketing and business workflow platform.
- to this custom tool we have built out several custom forms and workflows in SharePoint, our Content Management System
- developed using InfoPath and native SharePoint workflows on our on-prem SharePoint 2016 platform.
- The solution must be as out of the box as possible and require little to no custom development other than standard customizations
- manage the staff actions will create routes for each depending on the type of actions. There are several prebuilt routes that can be reused, but they can also be customized
- Standard HR request system that typically includes documents attached and contains PII
- Tool used by SSD to manage customer requests and incidents and has some built in routing functions and reporting
- Tool used by VID to manage customer requests with built in reporting
- Tool used by LSB to manage customer translation requests with built in reporting
- Custom form and workflow with preset routing based on several variables as well as the ability to manually configure routing
- ability to integrate with our current CMS
- ability for process automation to be managed by non-IT business users using a low-code/no-code platform
- ability to digitally sign documents
- utilize a single tool or two individual tools to meet all of the above requirements
- Implementation of the identified Adler and SharePoint workflows in the new procured system
- Live training session(s) for back end ITSM users and workflow managers.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
